1 DAY GENERAL ADMISSION

1 day GA ticket holders receive admission in the general seating lawn. You also have access to all vendor areas. 1 day GA tickets may be used for either day.

2 DAY GENERAL ADMISSION

2 day GA ticket holders receive admission in the general seating lawn for the entire festival. You will turn in your print at home ticket and receive a 2 day souvenir JAM card. The JAM card may be used only 1 time per day but can be used by different people each day.

1 DAY VIP

VIP ticket holders receive a complementary catered dinner, ALL beverages are FREE including beer. VIP customers also get their own restrooms, hospitality tent and access into the party pit for the entire day for every artist! Keep in mind, the stars have been known to mingle in the VIP area!

The party pit is located directly in front of the stage. Party pit ticket holders are required to stand in the party pit. No chairs allowed. You will check in at the main gate and then receive a souvenir lanyard with the artist you bought the pass for. Keep in mind, although we don’t anticipate any artist changes, you are buying the party pit pass for the selected time frame. IP ticket holders are automatically let into the party pit.

Are carry-ins allowed?

Carry-ins are not allowed at Heartland Jam. All bags are subject to search anytime.

Can 2 day General Admission passes be used for different people on different days?

2 day GA can be used for 1 different person each day. You will turn in your 2 day pass ticket at the gate and receive a 2 day

Do I need to bring a chair?

You may bring a basic lawn chair for General Admission seating. No large chairs or chairs with foot rests are allowed.

What can I being in with me?

Heartland Jam is an outdoor music festival that is rain or shine. You may want to bring a jacket and sunscreen with you.

No food or beverage is allowed to be carried in. You may also bring a camera. No video recording is allowed. No pets are allowed.

What time do the gates open?

Gates will open at 1pm on Friday and Saturday with main stage entertainment beginning at 2pm each day.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets available at all Quad City Hy-Vee locations, Smart Toyota in Davenport, The River Music Experience or our office located at 3811 N. Harrison St. in Davenport. Tickets may also be printed at home when buying from our website.
