Located at the west entrance of the Memorial Union by Lake LaVerne just inside the M-Shop main door.

Payment Accepted

Advance ticket purchases may be made by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. NO credit cards accepted the night of shows. There are ATMs located on the first floor of the Memorial Union.

Tickets

All STUDENT tickets must be accompanied by a valid IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE ID or you will be charged the difference between the student and the public rate.

Capacity at shows is limited so don't wait until the last minute or expect there to always be tickets available when you get to the venue.

Directions

The Memorial Union

The Iowa State Memorial Union is located at 2229 Lincoln Way in Ames, IA. Traveling on US 30 take the Universtiy Blvd exit and travel towards campus. In 1.4 miles, take a left on Lincoln Way. In 0.6 miles, the Memorial Union will be on your right.

Parking

Parking available in the Memorial Union parking ramp. Ramp entrances at the east end of the building on both the north and south sides.

Additional Venues Rules

All show admittance is on a first come first serve basis. We will allow those who have pre-purchased tickets to enter while those still needing tickets purchase them.

All ticket sales are final. Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges unless the show is canceled or rescheduled.
