M-Shop Box Office Hours: Mon - Fri from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Prior to shows.
All ticket prices increase $2 day of show.
Located at the west entrance of the Memorial Union by Lake LaVerne just inside the M-Shop main door.
Payment Accepted
Advance ticket purchases may be made by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. NO credit cards accepted the night of shows, there is an ATM located directly outside the ticket office
Tickets
All STUDENT tickets must be accompanied by a valid IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE ID or you will be charged the difference between the student and the public rate.
Tickets are required for most shows in the Maintenance Shop and shows do sell out frequently so don't wait until the last minute or expect there to always be tickets available when you get to the venue.
Directions
The Maintenance Shop
Located in the Iowa State Memorial Union at 2229 Lincoln Way. Traveling on US 30 take the Universtiy Blvd exit and travel towards campus. Take a left on Lincoln Way traveling West. Turn into the Memorial Union at Lynn Ave.
Parking
Parking available in the Memorial Union parking ramp.
Venues Rules
The M-Shop is an ALL AGES VENUE that is open only for events in the evenings and from 11:00am-5:00pm weekdays for studying, lounging and just relaxing while you listen to upcoming artists that will soon be appearing in the venue, and you may purchase tickets for upcoming shows during these hours as well.
All show admittance is on a first come first serve basis. We will allow those who have pre-purchased tickets to enter while those still needing tickets purchase them.
